This maintenance process ensures all aspects of the building, its services, equipment and finishes remain at the highest standards at all times.
The staffing of the Engineering Department in order to appropriately conduct our maintenance activities comprises the following personnel:-
- Senior Manager – Engineering & Sustainability
- Engineering Services Manager
- Fitout & Capital Works Manager
- Compliance & Security Manager
- Electrical Technician
- Fitter & Machinists (2 No )
- Trades Assistants (2 No )
- Building Services Admin. Assistant
Most of the personnel are on site for each business day with arrangements to ensure appropriate trade coverage for all periods of the year.
All maintenance work which may impact on the provision of services to tenants is conducted after-hours or on weekends. These weekend works are always supervised by a Manager.
The above staffing arrangements, together with the expert specialist services contractor support, ensure recommended maintenance regimes for all plant and equipment are satisfied. This results in minimal downtime and/or plant failure events and thus the highest quality of tenant service provision.
